The numbers are in and they are staggering. The sales for the month of November for Hyundai were the best for any November in history. What’s shocking about these impressive numbers is the fact that Hyundai recently took two of its models, the Genesis and Equus and put them into one luxury brand called Genesis and now offers these two models as the G80 and G90. With these two models on another platform you would think the sales would slip, but that hasn’t been the case for Hyundai at all as the sales last month prove.

One of the many reasons why Hyundai has continued to have such strong sales is the warranty programs that are offered for their vehicles. Every Hyundai vehicle sold comes with a five-year/60,000 mile warranty that can be transferred. These vehicles also come with a 10-year/100,000 mile powertrain warranty and five years of complimentary Roadside Assistance. These warranties are what make a huge difference for Hyundai and help to make it a brand that we know is trustworthy and capable of keeping us on the road for as long as we want to be able to drive.

As for the numbers, the Hyundai Division in the US posted sales of 61,201 new vehicles last month and the Genesis Division had 1,306 sales during the same time period. This gives us a total of 62,507 new Hyundai models sold in November in the US to be a record month for the company. This is extremely impressive and a great way for Hyundai to know they are a brand and name we trust. It does help that on top of the excellent warranties offered the brand offers vehicles that come with tons of excellent equipment right from the start to bring us what we want to drive.

For the year so far, Hyundai has sold 707,485 vehicles which is an increase over last year during the same time where 698,202 models had been sold. The Genesis brand has already sold 5,215 vehicles for the year and with the impressive November numbers you can see this steep incline that’s already taking place. Both the Accent and Veloster have shown significant increases in sales to be a huge part of the upward sales trend. The Santa Fe Sport and Tucson also show increased numbers to be vehicles that have sold in greater volume for the year so far.

The trust and strength of the Hyundai brand is proved easily in the numbers that we’re already seeing. If you look at the numbers, the G90 (new Equus) has already outsold the old Equus model for the month of November, which is certainly a step in the right direction for the new luxury brand. Hyundai continues to be a brand we know and trust with the models we need to enjoy on the market. It’s good to see the numbers show that we have put our faith in a brand that has gotten this business right for many years.
