New Items for the 2019 GMC Terrain

This SUV is only in its second year in the current generation. For the 2019 version, you’re going to have the benefits of adaptive cruise control, pedestrian detection, an available rearview camera, a 360-degree camera system for the Denali trim, and a chrome package of the SLT trim. Three Powertrains for You

There are two gasoline engines offered for the GMC Terrain, both of which make use of a nine-speed automatic transmission. The base engine is a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that makes 170 horsepower and 203 lb.-ft. of torque while the upgraded gasoline engine is a 2.0-liter turbocharged model that gives you 252 horsepower and 260 lb.-ft. of torque. The 1.6-liter turbocharged diesel four-cylinder engine is attached to a six-speed automatic transmission to give you 137 horsepower and 240 lb.-ft. of torque. This diesel powertrain is able to offer you up to 39 mpg on the highway to be the most efficient choice of the three.
