This engine is capable of producing 350 horsepower and 350 lb.-ft. of torque to give us a ride that’s exciting and impressive at that same time. This engine has the benefit of being attached to a wonderful six-speed manual transmission while using one of the most advanced AWD systems ever seen on the market. To say this is an amazing car would pretty much be an understatement and it certainly deserves the award.
This car has been hugely hyped all year long and we’ve been looking forward to this car being offered on our market. The announcement that it would be was a huge boon for the market and gives us the benefit of one of the most desired hatchbacks to ever be built. Unfortunately, most of the time, a car that’s a hyped up as the Ford Focus RS has a seriously hard time delivering on the promise to be a great car, but this one not only met the expectations, it surpassed them and gave us a great car that Auto Guide felt was worthy of their award.
