Start at the bottom and you’ll have the SXT model which offers you a Uconnect infotainment system with a seven-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth connectivity, USB inputs, an Auxiliary port, dual-zone automatic climate controls, remote starting, and much more to give you what you want on the road.
Move up through some of the trims and you’ll see AWD offered for the GT model, the Performance Handling Package that can be had on several models to give you an upgraded suspension and brakes, the Scat Pack models all offer you the larger V8 engine along with upgraded interiors and equipment levels. The Hellcat and Hellcat Widebody models are loaded up from the factory and the Demon is a model that’s right for the track. You can have a larger 8.4-inch Uconnect screen on many models and add navigation to the mix to give you more of what you’re looking for.

Where the Power Comes From

There are four different engine sizes that are offered for the Dodge Challenger. This starts with the 3.6-liter V6 engine that gives you 305 horsepower and up to 30 mpg on the highway in the SXT model. The two naturally aspirated Hem V8 engines are a 5.7-liter with 372 horsepower and the 6.4-liter with 485 horsepower. Move up to the Hellcat and you have a 6.2-liter supercharged V8 engine that pushes out 707 ponies while this engine tops out at 840 horsepower in the Demon model when it’s taken to the track and filled with track fuel.
