The new 2024 Fiat 500e is only offered in one trim level and with one power setup. The single-motor electric system sends 118 horsepower and 162 lb-ft of torque to the front wheels. Although this little car won’t make you excited for the drive, it has three driving modes to offer different feelings while on the road. These driving modes are Normal, Range, and Sherpa. Range and Sherpa work to extend the driving range by either maximizing regenerative braking or limiting the top speed to reduce the required power to handle the drive.
Does this little Fiat offer enough driving range?
The new 500e provides a maximum driving range of 149 miles. This isn’t enough to make this car good for road trips or long commutes, but it could be more than enough for city dwellers. Recharging this Fiat is pretty easy. Using a Level 2 charger with a 240-volt connection requires four hours and 15 minutes to recharge the batteries. This is pretty quick and means you can have a full charge every day. Fiat includes a Level 2 charge box with every 500e purchase, which is half the challenge for most drivers.

A single trim level is offered for this new electric car. Fiat will introduce some special edition models from time to time, starting with a Red edition which has a red exterior and several red interior elements for divers to enjoy.
