The GMC Terrain comes standard with a 1.5 L 4 cylinder engine that puts out 175 horsepower.
It’s outfitted with an automatic transmission and is available in both all-wheel drive and front-
wheel drive configurations.
Which Is For You? The 2023 Mazda CX-5 or the 2023 GMC Terrain
Both the Mazda CX-5 and the GMC Terrain offer comparable features in terms of cabin space,
tech and safety offerings, and fuel efficiency. Interior width and length are comparable with the
terrain and the CX-5 measures the same in width and the Terrain boasts two inches longer at
182.3 inches. The Terrain does win out in cargo space as it offers 63.3 cubic feet as compared
to the CX-5 which offers 59.3 cubic feet. Not much of a difference, but it’s worth recognizing it’s

do great in terms of handling, and both offer ample space for both drivers and passengers. If
you do want the ultimate power of choice, however, the Mazda CX-5 is an SUV that is best
